I wasn’t supposed to survive — let alone lead anything.

I’ve overdosed more than once. I’ve been locked in jail cells, laying on cold floors, wondering if this was all I was ever going to be. I’ve sat in silence, wishing the pain would end. I’ve flipped a car seven times and walked out without a scratch — not because I was lucky, but because I was being told to wake up.

I lived fast. I lived numb. I buried everything I didn’t want to feel until it buried me.
But I didn’t stay down.

I clawed my way back, one painful, humbling, necessary step at a time. I cut the BS, faced my demons, and chose to rebuild.
And everything I did wrong, everything I was punished for — it’s been fully expunged. I don’t carry shame anymore.
I carry fire.

That fire became purpose.

I’m still here for a reason:
To speak truth. To break cycles. To guide others who are tired of being lied to and sold shortcuts that don’t heal anything.
This is more than a business.
This is redemption.
This is legacy.
This is me standing tall in the same world that once tried to break me.

Ramsden’s Earth Supplements™ wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born from frustration — and necessity.

I spent years trying to fix my health. My body was wrecked from trauma, drug use, processed food, and stress. I walked into stores, saw shelves full of “health” products, and found nothing but synthetic garbage. Plastic bottles, lab-made powders, proprietary blends that didn’t mean anything — and none of it actually worked.

So I started doing the work myself.

I read. I studied. I experimented. I listened to what my body responded to and what it rejected. I dug deep into what the earth provides — and what modern medicine and Big Wellness have buried.

What I found saved my life.

So I built RES to give that power back to people who were just like me — people who didn’t know who to trust, but knew they couldn’t keep living the way they were.

Why I Do This

I’m doing this because I know what it feels like to be lost — to be drowning in pain, silence, and shame.
I know what it feels like to walk into a doctor’s office and feel unheard.
To be handed a prescription instead of a conversation.
To be told healing is out of reach — unless you have the money, insurance, or patience to wait in line for a system that was never built for your wellness.

I’m doing this because I have people to fight for — my nieces, who deserve a world better than the one we were handed.
My parents, who gave everything and deserve to rest.
And every person who’s ever thought it was too late to turn things around.

This is more than my mission — it’s my responsibility.
